BUSHFIRE WATCH AND ACT MESSAGE Message ID: 0002091 Time Message Issued: 13:45 Date Message Issued: 23/04/2018 Fire Origin / Fire Name: BURRA Issued for Sod Hut and Princess Royal CFS advises that a bushfire at Koonoona Road Burra in the Mid North near Sod Hut and Princess Royal may threaten your safety. Check and follow your Bushfire Survival Plan. If you are not prepared, leave now. Only leave if the path is clear to a safer place. The BURRA fire is travelling in a South Easterly direction towards Sod Hut and Princess Royal, East of Springbank Rd and west of the Old Adelaide Rd. The fire is uncontrolled and burning in Grass - conditions are continually changing. You should not enter this area as the roads may not be safe. Shapes on this map image indicate the Warning Area to which this message applies. BLUE: Advice Message; YELLOW: Watch and Act Message; RED: Emergency Warning Well prepared and actively defended homes can offer safety.
